For more than 12 years I have served as a trainer, cross-cultural facilitator, and coach in a variety of organizations in both the U.S. and around the world. I have managed a health project in Kenya, E. Africa, was a diversity trainer for the University of California, San Francisco and a trainer/facilitator in such organizations as Kaiser Permanente and the Center for Health Training.
Over the course of my career, I have lived and worked in a variety of cultures, including India, Nepal, Thailand, Kenya, Azerbaijan, Israel, and Ecuador with a focus on women, health, and diversity.
As an independent trainer for the past seven years, I work with a variety of both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, I am a certified coach working with employees at all levels in a variety of organizations who either come to me on their own or are sent to me by their organizations. I hold a Masters degree in International and Intercultural Management. My greatest passion is people and culture.
